What do you get to do in this position? Primary Duties & Responsibilities 1. Answers, screens and directs telephone calls, recording and distributing telephone messages accurately. 2. Utilizes the PC and mainframe for word processing, database applications and basic spreadsheets. 3. Sort and distribute mail, operates office equipment, including facsimile machine, photocopier, etc. 4. Prepares reports and correspondence for appropriate management and departments. 5. Make appointments and travel arrangements. 6. Process invoices, expense statements and check requests. 7. Assist with special projects as requested 8. Execute administrative tasks for the plant manager’s staff 9. Orders and coordinates lunches and plant visits accordingly 10. Generates and keeps track of employee badges, accesses and works with Safety and Security as needed 11. Coordinates employee appreciation days and events as required 12. Supports the needs of the plant manager as needed 13. Other duties as assigned This job might be for you if You fit the following Requirements: • Associates Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience • 2 years of experience in administrative or similar roles • Proficiency use of Microsoft Office • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to pay attention to detail
