Description/Comment:

• Consistent positive attitude that engages current and prospective members to help them learn and understand the medical and prescription drug plan options available to them through Aetna
• Be proficient in the following medical and prescription drug insurance products: Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP), Exclusive Provider Organization(EPO/Client Whole Health), Accountable Care Organization (ACO/Washington Value Network)
• Must be willing to be outgoing and comfortable engaging in conversations with anyone attending the benefit fairs/meetings
• Be knowledgeable about the State of WA mandates, legislation and other important factors specific to WEA (will be provided during training)
• All customer specific plan information will be provided in a training session prior, but will expect that you will retain and communicate this information back to current and prospective members
• You will be expected to provide feedback including but not limited to: any and all follow up items that the core team will need to be made aware of
• Be able to take feedback from the account team and incorporate it into your conversations with the members
• Must be flexible -Meeting times may change and flexibility is required
• Use of your personal phone will be required
• Marketing materials, giveaways, and any other supplies may need to be kept at your location (home/hotel) and brought to your fairs with you. You will need to supply a personal cart
• Responsible for confirming group contacts - Three days prior to meeting, reach out to confirm the group contacts
• Timely and accurate record of expenses and hours will be required (receipts will be required to be submitted)
• This is a temporary position
• You must be available to support benefit fairs/meetings from August 21st – September 29th or at a minimum able to travel M-F for meetings
• Reliable transportation is required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to travel across the entire state of Washington
• Must have your Life/DI license in Washington State
