Handles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence. Customer inquires are of basic and routine nature. Candidates should have the ability to multi-task to accomplish workload effectively, have good analytical and technical skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills, and an understanding of medical terminology. Candidates should have experience in a production environment and customer service experiences in a transaction based environment such as a call center or retail location preferred. High School or GED equivalent.
