HRIS Analytics Support

QUALIFICATIONS: • Robust Excel formula, macro and pivot table skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to meet strict business deadlines • 3-5 years of working with PeopleSoft, version 9.1 or higher • 3-5 years of analytics experience • Working knowledge of HR processes • Good communication skills • Able to advise on best options for analytics requests • Required- Bachelors in HR or Computer Science • Proven ability to manage HR projects independently and to leverage contributions of other team members to accomplish projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION: • This role will be primarily responsible for producing HR analytics to be used by HR/Business leadership in making business decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create, format, and distribute HR analytics to organizational leaders using PeopleSoft System • Be able to intake requests and prioritize with assistance from HRIS lead • Work with COE leaders to understand analytics requests and make recommendations based on best practice.
