Qualifications:
This person needs to be able to talk to employees who think they have COVID and provide advice according to the CDC guidelines. - Creative problem solver with strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, a team player who can work effectively and communicate cross-functionally - Customer service skills - Experience with Cority - While we don’t need a full pledge nurse, this role will be asking medical questions. Some medical experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Advise when to quarantine or isolate based on the latest CDC rules and other factors such as vaccination status. Conduct tracing when required advising other employees impacted. Follow up with any employees who are quarantined or isolated until they are able to return to work Refer to Short Term Disability as necessary Enter information in Cority. Generate notifications to managers and Human Resources
