ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 


• Perform supplier management to resolve issues and foster strong supplier relationships 

• Maintain a very high level of attention to detail, particularly with regards to licensing and TCO 

• Communicate/coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues as they come up 

• Work closely with IT category managers and IT business units to meet objectives

• Consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism in behavior and performance 

• Plan, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner 

• Support special projects as needed 

• Complete all tasks in accordance with in place policies, procedures, and guidelines 
Job Requirements 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) from an accredited college or university preferred, ideally in business, supply chain, procurement, finance 

• 1 year experience in purchasing, procurement or sourcing required 

• 1 + year of experience related to procurement, sourcing, or contracting, including working with internal ERP systems. 

• Extremely detail-oriented, highly motivated, organized, and independent 

• Ability to flourish in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills 

• Proficient in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
