High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred 2 to 3 years experience in Customer Service or Sales Support required. Excellent Communication Skills are essential. The Asset Management Coordinator level II must solve problems in a calm, logical fashion and treat each sales rep with respect. The Asset Management Coordinator level II has the authority to enforce company policies regarding pricing, shipments, sales rep compliance, and core trunk stock limits as needed to ensure that the needs of the business are met while adhering to company policies.Independent Action: The Asset Management Coordinator Level II is often presented with challenges, which require effective decision making ability. These changing situations frequently demand and immediate response, which must support all company policies. Because the position works primarily independently, the Coordinator s have certain authority to make timely decisions within established guidelines. Each Coordinator is responsible for promoting a positive attitude to the internal and external customers.
Order Management: Primary point of contact for sales forces to support their daily activities and to interact with sales management for necessary transaction approvals. Process all order requests, allocating and releasing them to ensure a timely and accuratedelivery. Work with various Olympus division personnel to ensure equipment is available to fulfil requests from Sales Force Respond timely to inquiries regarding the status of orders, product availability and delivery and tracking information Policy and Procedures. Effectively adhere to and utilize company policies and procedures to assist with problem resolution. Operate within the Olympus department, Compliance and Regulatory policy and procedures set forth by Olympus Escalate non conformities to management and Compliance as required. Maintain appropriate records as required by JSOX. System Management Knowledge: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of demo equipment, using ERP system based tracking informationavailable through various programs. Run applicable reports to identify any back orders, and work to locate replacements and or suggest alternative strategies. Represent Olympus in a professional and helpful manner by supporting telephone conversation with effective communication skills. Periodically travel to and support Events to assist with the management of used assets. Perform other related duties and or work as assigned
