I'm fine with up to the highest pay rate for the right candidate. If qualified, these individuals will be hired on as perm and higher rate. I am looking for candidates who could be supervisors. Smart and with initiative. Individuals who can watch someone do something and then write a detailed procedure that may include screen shots and other resources to develop step by step instructions. Of course these individuals will also need to learn various services and cover sites as needed. That said, I do not anticipate them traveling between sites unless walking distance. This could change If brought on perm and I can explain this in the interview
