Job Title is Marketing Coordinator. Responsible for supporting the Medicare marketing group with tactical implementation through coordination with internal departments and external agency partners.

Position Components & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): • Develop high-quality, error-free marketing materials under tight deadlines; review and proofread creative work against brand standards, product data and compliance requirements • Assist RMMs in managing the implementation of clear/engaging marketing communications across a variety of mediums including: prospect-facing direct mail, newspaper and free standing inserts • Assure accuracy of information loaded into automated tools supporting lead generation programs (i.e., lead plan/Go to Market tool, direct mail/SAMMM, newspaper/SNAP, broker portal/MMS, Salesforce) • Assist RMMs in managing campaign progress through the tracking of media, revisions and reallocations to the markets’ base campaigns and incremental spending. Maintain a standardized process with markets and markets’ sales administration support staff to ensure meeting data accuracy in Salesforce and through the proofing of all applicable campaign materials. • Ensure all internal and external deadlines are met through regular correspondence with markets and individual follows-ups when necessary. • Collect local market intelligence for the purpose of developing targeted strategies and tactics for our Integrated Marketing Plans • Work with Consumer Analytics team to assure that campaign tracking mechanisms are fully enabled and consistently capturing correct/compete data • Coordinate special projects as assigned; Requirements: 6 years experience; College graduate; Detail oriented. Pay rate is in the mid to high $30/hr range, based upon experience.
