 JOB SUMMARY ---- Oversees the timely development. management and optimization of member and provider materials (i.e.. identification cards. member handbooks. provider directories and provider manuals) for government-sponsored health plans. ensuring compliance and data accuracy. achieving service excellence. and supporting growth initiatives. Collaborates with Shared Services and local markets to facilitate and support these initiatives. ---- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ---- Note: The following is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties required of this position ---- Key Duties and Responsibilities ---- Analyzes government contracts and marketing guidelines for information to develop member and provider materials.---Works with stakeholders to ensure member and provider materials are compliant and accurate according to government contracts and marketing guidelines.---Collaborates in the production of member and provider materials. including creating and maintaining project plans. versioning. vendor data testing. and proofing.---Provides materials development status reporting to management and stakeholders on a routine and ad hoc basis.---Serves as a member and provider materials subject matter expert to partner and consult with stakeholders to strategize and plan the development of materials.---Represents the team/department in cross-functional meetings.---Functions as a brand champion to perpetuate corporate branding standards.---Supports new business development and expansion by developing member and provider materials. and preparing for/participating in RFP/ITN responses and readiness reviews as required.---Prepares for/participates in internal and external audits and accreditation efforts as required.---Helps create and maintain department/team policies and procedures.---Identifies and facilitates process improvement opportunities and proactively assesses for potential issues.---Participates in/contributes to key initiative projects.---Supports manager with the training and development of team members.---Serves as a mentor to team members.---Performs supervisory functions in manager?s absence.---Performs other duties as requested. ---- Additional Position Responsibilities ?
