Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting is required • Experience in/knowledge of the Medical Diagnostic/Device, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sector is strongly preferred but not required • Recruiting experience supporting Commercial, Sales or marketing is preferred but not required. • Experience with applicant tracking systems is required (i.e. iCIMS, Workday Recruiter, Taleo, BrassRing) • Experience with “LinkedIn Recruiter” is required • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is required. • This role may require up to 10% domestic travel. • Motivation to hunt and source effectively • An autonomous self-starter with a can-do attitude • Negotiating and influencing skills, project management, and time management skills are required. • A fast-paced individual with desire and ability to respond to teammates requests in a timely fashion and shift focus quickly based on business needs • Ability to regularly and accurately maintain data integrity is required • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required • Ability to work effectively within and across teams is essential for success • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position 

Responsibilities: 
• Interview prospective employees and evaluate candidates for employment related to factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data pertinent in selection for a wide variety of non-exempt and exempt positions in multiple functional disciplines. • Provide company information to candidates and appropriately “sell” candidates on the value proposition of the Ortho Clinical Diagnostics experience. • Source candidates by reviewing direct applicants as well as utilizing “LinkedIn Recruiter” to proactively find and attract candidates. • Compile, maintain and provide regular metrics to track TA activity and for HR-related activities and compliance. Ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision are properly handled in a timely and compliant manner. 

Comments/Special Instructions 
This position will be a Remote position, to cover recruiting of Sales positions in the Western and Central regions of the US.
