Objective/Project Background:

The Beauty Care Pilot Research Lab Organization(PRLO) is expanding to enable an increased trial support work model as we move from SWIC to a new Beauty GMP facility at MBC. The new PRL Operators work location will vary over the first 6 months to enable support and training within both the SWIC & MBC Beauty PRLs. PRL Operators contribute to product/process development via trial support and maintaining a safe & GMP compliant PRL.

 

 

Scope of Work:

PRL Operators support PRL Users with equipment operation and batch additions. Equipment set-up & sanitization. Post-trial equip & room clean-up. Maintaining bulk raw material feed readiness. Scrap labeling and staging for pick-up. Individual PRL room supply staging (Drums, buckets, etc.). General room & equip GMP cleaning. GMP transfer of materials & product from totes, drums and buckets into smaller or larger containers. Forklift safety inspections, battery charging and watering maintenance. Other responsibilities include similar operation support with filling and gassing processes in the PRL.

 

 

Role Description(s):

Technical Systems Skills: Prefer experience in process or technical product development. Tanks, pumps, agitators, heat exchangers, mills, powder incorporation and product filling equipment will be used on a daily basis.

Diverse, Collaborative Communications/Relationships/In-Touch – The individual will need to interface across PRL users from multiple Beauty Care categories as well as other support groups (Materials Management, Safety, QA, Maintenance).

This move to clustered and/or single store planograms has significantly increased the number of planogram versions vs the past.  We need technical assistance with fixture building, planogram versioning, planogram proofing process, and planogram analytics from an individual with advanced technical skills leveraging JDA Space Planning software and Excel capabilities.  
Scope of Work: 
P&G 10 Core Categories, except categories that may represent a conflict of interest for TMG based on service agreement.  
Role Description(s): 
Target Team Planogram Analyst 
The Target POG Analyst is responsible for: 
§  Planogram versioning off of anchor planograms for transition. 
§  Completing items add/delete changing for revisions. 
§  Work includes proofing of Planograms, Assortment, and Fixture building requirements before POGs are submitted to Target for distribution to stores. Also, the work entails the automation of fixture placement and ISM materials. 
§  Creating Planogram Fixtures for input into  JDA Planogram Generator. 
§  Uploading and downloading Planograms to CKS, Target’s interface for planogram transfer.  
§  In addition the analyst will provide analytical support using Target’s POS system, this includes planogram performance analytics and adhoc analytics. This requires technical knowledge of Space Planning analytics using product, fixture, and planogram tables.

20 to 40 hrs per Week or 3 to 5 Days. 
Hours: 8AM – 5PM with 1 hr lunch break. (To be agreed upon every week with P&G Category Project Leader – Category will vary from week to week) 

Miscellaneous:        
- P&G will provide work station, P&G Computer, badge. 
- There will be a need for additional hours of work during peak seasons, potentially up to 80 hrs/week.  These peak hours and times will be coordinated in advance by project leader and Pontoon group leader.

Must be qualified and able to perform the responsibilities and tasks of the position. Ability to accurately read, interpret and comply with company and departmental procedures. Responsibilities: 
Work associated with the receipt, storage and issuance of materials. Responsibilities include some, but not necessarily all, of the following: Receives and inspects incoming materials to verify quantity and condition of goods. Selects and issues items from stock, sorts, packages and identifies materials to be stocked, separating and preparing materials for receipt inspection. Operates computer systems, hand and power tools and material handling equipment to include fork trucks, light duty and rack body trucks. Prepares purchase requisitions to reorder depleted stock items. Places releases to suppliers against blanket purchase orders and maintains accurate records of transactions. Processes paperwork associated with purchase requisitions, plant procedures and requirements. Performs periodic materials inventories. Participates in materials audits. Updates and purges files of catalogs, spare parts list and product usage information. 

Comments/Special Instructions 
This contract position is at our Salt Lake City Warehouse location at 90 South 1000 West. This is a M-F position; however, there is some flexibility in start and end times. SAP software experience is a definite plus.
