Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Administration Management or similar field
- 1-3 years of similar work experience preferred but not required
- Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with internal stakeholders, training users and operational ch.ange management
- Procurement knowledge or experience
Must have reliable internet at home due to this being a HYBRID Schedule *The position is Hybrid Schedule - On-Site Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and Monday & Friday remote.

Responsibilities:
The Supplier Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the enablement of suppliers on to Ariba, the eProcurement application. Responsibilities include managing the supplier lifecycle from adding new suppliers to the existing ERP system and then onboarding to the Ariba platform while tracking supplier compliance. Ideal candidates will be self-starters able to work independently as well as collaborate with the Procure-to-Pay Team.
- Provide “Level 1” support to external suppliers via the Supplier Support shared mailbox
- Support one on one training and support calls with external suppliers
- Maintain new and existing vendor relationship in the Ariba Network
- Distribute project related communications to suppliers
- Contribute to the Agile framework by creating user stories and tasks to accurately track supplier enablement progress
- Participate in team standup meetings and present on completed work at the end of each sprint cycle to business stakeholders
- Lead by the Supplier Enablement Administrator, Supplier Enablement Lead, work closely with the Polaris support team.
