In this role as a lead UX Designer this person will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and software developers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that solve customer problems. This person will leverage their expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing to drive the success of our products (both on-prem and Cloud (SaaS)). As the CX Analyst this person will develop and maintain customer personas and journey maps to better understand user needs and pain points. Using data-driven insights, this person will present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve the customer and user experience. There is no extensive lifting, standing or walking involved in this role. No driving is required, however they do request that the candidate have the ability to come onsite at least 1 day a week. The dress code is Business casual when on site. The worksite address is Clients 6300 Diagonal Highway Bldg 4, Boulder, CO 80301 and free parking is available.

UX/UI Designer:· Lead the design and development of user-friendly interfaces for our software products, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user experience.· Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions based on the voice of the customer.· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to conceptualize and create user interface designs that align with user needs and business objectives.· Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.· Stay up to date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our design standards. 

Customer Experience Analyst:· Develop and maintain customer personas and journey maps to better understand user needs and pain points.· Identify and prioritize customer pain points and areas for improvement through data-driven insights.· Collect and analyze customer feedback, user behavior data, and product performance metrics to gain insights into the customer experience.· Track and report on key customer experience metrics and KPIs.· Organize and lead cross-functional meetings with key stakeholders to present findings and recommendations for improving the customer experience.· Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and quality assurance teams to implement improvements based on customer feedback and insights. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:· Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.· 7+ years of work experience in UX/CX disciplines.· Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.· Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).· Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, user feedback analysis, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.· A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and improving the customer journey.· Experience with customer feedback management tools or platforms.· Knowledge of CX analysis tools and methodologies.· Familiarity with software development and software engineering principles.· Excellent technical writing, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills· Have a positive, cooperative, can-do attitude.· Teaming, self-management and multitasking skills.· Proven influential negotiation skills.· Ability and willingness to travel in the continental US and internationally up to 10% 

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:· Experience working with a global team.· Understanding of the print industry, related concepts and technologies.· Experience creating accessible designs (Section 508).· Certification in CX/UX/UI design or related field.· Experience working in an agile scrum development environment.· Information architecture experience.· Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
