This opportunity is to setup systems that require the person to be onsite to complete the setup. The number of days each week could vary between 1 day to 4-5 days per week. The successful candidate would be an expert and experienced AIX, Linux, and VMware systems administrator. CW will be working with the Development Support team and users to manage and upgrade AIX, Linux, and VMware systems, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and support users. There is no extensive lifting, standing or walking involved. No driving is required. The dress code is casual business attire.
Responsibilities:
Client is looking for an experienced AIX, Linux, and VMware Systems Administrator to become a member of a Development Support team. The team is composed of technical system experts who manage, upgrade, and support AIX, Linux, and VMware systems. The team provides valuable systems, expertise, and support to Development and Test professionals who architect, develop, and support software and hardware print products. The successful candidate will be provided with an opportunity to immediately contribute and to utilize and increase their technical knowledge and skills in operating systems, applications, and networks. • Experienced AIX, Linux, and VMware Systems Administrator.• This full-time position is located at 6300 Diagonal Highway, Boulder, CO 80301 and parking is free.
• This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate must live close enough to commute to Boulder Colorado to complete system upgrades and changes.
• There will be no extensive lifting, walking or standing.
