Qualifications:

1000+ transactions @ average of 30 minutes an individual investigation System Savvy - Experience navigating in SAP (SAP CRM and/or ECC preferred). Salesforce is preferred (++SFDC Field Service Lightning).Solid to strong Excel user (run reports and leverage pivot tables and/or vLookups)Attention to detail and follows process Independent Worker Location preferred in Center Valley, PA commuting distance, will consider other locations if pool is low.  ****Any offers for employment is contingent upon the candidates ability to provide documentation of being “fully vaccinated” against COVID-19, to their supplier, (except as prohibited by local or state laws), and attest to this within 10 days after your start date. Responsibilities:

Project Based – Investigating if consigned parts have been consumed or returned on service transactions. Will be reviewing reports and researching/investigating populations of Service Records in SAP and in SDFC Requested to correct service records Does not need SAP reporting; we can export reports into Excel Ability to bump Excel reports together to create dashboards and trends
