Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain analytics, related field or equivalent knowledge; 5-7 years experience with process analysis and process optimization; experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, Word and Excel required; strong analytical skills with high attention to detail; must be experienced in production planning, Inventory planning and manufacturing transfer of production line. optimization discussions; data analysis skills; strong organization and interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working independently and with a team; business requirements production planning ****Any offers for employment is contingent upon the candidates ability to provide documentation of being “fully vaccinated” against COVID-19, to their supplier, (except as prohibited by local or state laws), and attest to this within 10 days after your start date. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* (List of 8 – 10 key tasks required of the job which are essential to the performance of this job) • Strategy planning – Develop and execute strategic plan for transferring production line to third party.• Connect with Demand Planning and Supply Planning to ensure seamless flow of information and fully integrated approach to delivering key metrics – On time delivery, Inventory, DOH, Earned Hours and managing backorder recovery and communication.• Execute inventory plan to meet KPI’s and transfer/obsolete material to third party.• Production planning by coordinating parts supply with Procurement. Assess production capacity workloads.• Responsible for meeting inventory targets, earned hours, backorders and end customer OTD metrics• Coach and guide teams / individuals to mine data from appropriate systems and able to carry out complex analysis for ad-hoc business requests.• Manage and deliver continuous improvement in KPI’s.• Guide team of planners and team leads in the execution, strategies and realization of departmental and company goals,• Provide clear leadership for Project Football.• Provide data for financial quarterly budgeting process, Inventory and Earned Hours
