What schedule is the candidate required to work: There is some flexibility on the schedule, 8 hour shifts 7:30 – 4:00, 9 hour shifts and possibly 10 hour shifts.

2) Must possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record
3) Prior experience assisting and or managing the collaboration of teams to handle new utility set ups

Position Purpose:
As a Pre-Construction Gas Account Rep II, you will be tasked with supporting Pre-Construction Representatives, Specialists and Leads. Requires a proficient ability to be forward thinking with a demonstrated adaptability to new technologies and standards is pivotal. A Gas Account Rep II will perform all office duties required in processing new main extensions and service lines as well as assisting in the administration of contracts of compliance and defaults including paperwork and all necessary documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The day to day of a Gas Account Representative II you will be responsible for updating and maintaining department files and assisting in the administration of contracts. By reviewing and ensuring the timely preparation and processing of current and complete documentation and payments received for service work. Including but not limited to: services and mains, developer plats, sketches, proposed changes or retirements, and Right-Of-Way's. Oversee the submission and application of construction permits of low to high profile projects and ensure that all documentation and records are legible and retrievable. Assisting and responding to phone, email or in-person inquires and support requests from customers and staff. A Gas Account Rep II must attentive, highly motivated and have the ability to be resourceful when responding and researching customer problems or inquiries related to new service lines and main extensions. With demonstrated ability to resolve or trouble shoot any issues that may arise by consulting with the Pre-Construction Representatives and/or Supervision. Compile and conduct reconciliation of vendor and customer contracts ensuring proper invoicing, payment, contribution refunds or defaults and work in a timely manner. With the ability to assist Pre-Construction Representatives and Supervision with scheduling and coordination of; special meetings, health, training, certification, safety, compliance reviews, reports and forms. As well as performing other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer skills, using applications such as Word and Excel with basic knowledge of The Core, CIS, FieldSmart and Arcmap.
• Knowledge of basic mathematical functions, using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Demonstrated ability to use Service Line and Main Extension systems and applications
• Demonstrated knowledge of Utah, or Wyoming Tariff and rate structure
• Knowledge of basic Right-of-Way procedures (obtaining right-of-way, permits from the BLM, State Highway, Forest Service, etc.)
• Demonstrated knowledge of mapping, gas line locations, and permitting processes
• Ability to see objects at close or long range
• Demonstrated ability to research and understand customer issues and competency in verbal, written, and presentation communications
• Ability to interact interpersonally with others, communicate clear instructions, and evaluate results
• Ability to behave courteously and professionally to co-workers and customers, maintaining a professional appearance, and contributing to a positive work environment refraining from abusive or profane language and behavior
• Ability to establish and maintain an elevated level of customer confidence
• Requires prolonged use of a keyboard in the operation of a computer

Requirements
• The selected applicant may be required to pass a written and/or verbal skill evaluation as required for this position
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record
• May require random drug and/or alcohol testing with satisfactory results. Subject to DOT and Company requirements and compliance.
• Must adhere to all policies established by the Company, including the Enbridge Gas Ethics and Compliance Policy, and the FERC Standards of Conduct
• Regular attendance is required

Working Conditions
• May require working overtime for project completion
• Requires prolonged use of computer
• Periodically working outside in hot or inclement weather. With periods of bending and lifting up to 50lbs or more.
• Frequent intermittent use of company vehicles
• Will be required to attend Smith System driving course

Required Years of Experience:
• Minimum 3+ hands on experience

Education:
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalency
• Minimum 4 years of clerical experience or possess a college or technical degree or 2 years of an equivalent combination of education demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of.
