Document Composer Expertise

Top Must Have Skills:

• Proven success managing projects within HR with cross-functional, global teams.
• Solid Understanding of Document Templates used within HR Letters (e.g. Verification of Employment, Employment Contracts) and Docusign capabilities
• Ability to work with HR business requirements for HR Document Templates and provide solutions using a Document Composer tool leveraging SAP Successfactors
• Ability to prioritize and bring structure to complex, ambiguous situations and help drive business readiness and change management for deliverables
• Understanding of HR data models and experience with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR system tools.

ROLE SUMMARY
This role will manage and drive execution of HR Technology enhancements related to SAP SuccessFactors, including automation of HR document templates via an SAP SuccessFactors integrated tool. In addition, this role will support project management for other SAP/SuccessFactors and HR Technology enhancement initiatives to further streamline HR processes and systems.
As part of the core HR Technology team, you will interact with senior leaders, managers, teams, and colleagues across HR and Client to present updates on key deliverables, oversee the building of HR document templates, and maintain project plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the key point of contact between HR and third-party vendors for design, build, and project management efforts related to HR document templates (e.g., offer letters, employment contracts) via an SAP SuccessFactors tool. Provide recommendations for enhancements based on lessons learned.
• Build HR project plans and business readiness checklists to support document generation projects in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners.
• Facilitate the design and build of SAP SuccessFactors enhancements for Core HR and HR document templates. Partner with HR Technology team and PMO on project management efforts for broader HR Technology initiatives and enhancements across SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Partner with HR COE and HRBP workstream owners to streamline Client HR tools, processes, and policies.
• Report progress on document generation and other HR Technology projects to HR Leadership.

THE PERSON
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Project Management and delivery of HR Systems and tools. Candidate should have good understanding of employee data stored within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and designing/generating HR Document Templates for organizations (e.g. Verification of Employment Letters, Employment Contracts, etc.) A strong collaborator and creative thinker who is a problem solver and self-starter, able to connect the dots at a strategy, program, and project level. The successful candidate is a team player who can learn new HR systems/solutions and build networks quickly and adapt easily as priorities change.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR system tools.
• Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data models, role-based permissions, and system configuration of Employee Central module.
• Experience with HR Document Templates in SAP SuccessFactors
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management related to HR systems and tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and high integrity.
• Strong change management skills, with experience rolling out large-scale projects and programs globally.
• Ability to prioritize and bring structure to complex, ambiguous situations.
• Experience working effectively in a global, multi-cultural, cross-functional, and matrixed team environment.
• Proven success managing projects with cross-functional, global teams.

Undergraduate degree; master’s degree is an advantage.
