Full-time candidates with 10+ years of experience for an available Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) Manager position.

This position will require close alignment with firm leadership as we continue to grow and

establish this key service area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in

accounting, a passion for client service, and the leadership skills to drive growth and

innovation.

As the head of the CAAS team, your role will involve strategic planning, client relationship

management, team leadership, and business development. You will be responsible for

building, managing, and expanding the accounting and advisory services that we offer our

clients. It will be your responsibility to oversee the team, ensuring that it operates efficiently

and profitably, and provides exceptional client service.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversees the daily operations of the Client Accounting & Advisory Services practice
  • Develops and implements strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Monitors performance metrics and manages practice financials
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients
  • Ensures that clients receive high-quality accounting and financial services
  • Identifies opportunities to expand services to existing clients
  • Leads, mentors, and manages a team of accounting professionals
  • Provides training and development opportunities for team members
  • Fosters a collaborative and positive work environment
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities
  • Develops proposals and presentations for prospective clients
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to enhance practice visibility
  • Ensures compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and firm policies
  • Maintains high standards of quality in all client deliverables

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required. Master’s degree

preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in accounting or financial services, including leadership roles.

Experience in CAAS field preferred

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Proven track record in managing teams and leading accounting practices.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Strong business development and sales acumen
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in accounting software and technology
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Experience with process improvement and change management preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting solutions
