Responsibilities:
Client is seeking a highly skilled, safety-focused Construction Project Manager to lead a major brownfield, redevelopment project involving the demolition of a large, existing structure and the new construction of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB). The ideal candidate will manage all phases of the project lifecycle with a strong emphasis on onsite jobsite safety, regulatory compliance, transparent budget oversight, contractor management and cross-functional site coordination.
This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively bridge the gap between project deliverables and stakeholder expectations, coordinate technical input, manage critical project deliverables and ensure that all construction, design, and commissioning activities are executed to the highest standards. The candidate will also support the delivery, installation, and commissioning of critical equipment for the new facility and act as the Project Manager for those efforts when required.
