JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidates must have both Robot and PLC experience 

Anticipate 40 hrs a week at start of project.  Travel being in Molin,Illinois for implimentation 4-5 weeks  2 weeks working and every other weekend home.
during implementation can work up to 5o hrs per week.

Skills: 

Allen Bradley and Fanuc are a must and candidates MUST be able to write PLC code from start to finish and not just troubleshoot and debug it.
Servo Motors is not required but nice to have. Allen Bradley Panel View is also not required but nice to have.
Ignition based HMI is also good to have.
Must have good reporting skills and will be expected to generate reports on a daily basis for this project.

  • Implement and document controls systems for various types of automated equipment.
  • Troubleshoot robot controllers, ladder logic, electrical control devices, mechanical units, transfer devices and peripheral equipment. 
  • Perform machine power up, debug and programming. 
  • Ensure equipment is designed and programmed to specifications using standard techniques and approach. 

Experieince with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI as well as Fanuc robot experiece are required, at a minimum 3 years of experice
