• WORK HOURS: 8AM - 5PM
• HOURS PER WEEK: 40
• SCHEDULE/ REMOTE FLEXIBILITY: HYBRID Schedule (In office 3X per week)
NOTES:
o Research inventory discrepancies
o Assist with invoice discrepancies related to materials
o Standard costing and BOM analysis
o Cycle Counting of direct materials and spare parts
o General ledger reconciliations
o Assist with various audits
o Prepare journal entries
o Ability to research discrepancies with minimal assistance
o Previous experience in a manufacturing company
o SAP experience is a huge advantage
o Excel experience needed
