Knowledge & experience in the digital space, with demonstrated experience with the following.
Key Responsibilities.
• Work in PIM and CMS systems to execute the item setup process of product to reach the website in alignment with category strategy.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize product display pages; ensuring content is relevant and optimal to the customer experience.
• Execute maintenance requests from vendors and internal partners of products to keep product pages up to date.
• Perform routine quality audit checks of product display and listing pages and update product data as needed.
• Leverage data insights and competitive analysis to identify opportunities to drive customer engagement and conversion.
• Support UAT of new systems and functionality.
• Occasional after-hours and weekend support.
• Assist Category Managers with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance
• Aid in other areas of the Department and other responsibilities as needed.
