Job Description
Qualifications:
2 year technical degree or 4 year engineering degree is required.• A minimum of a 2-year technical degree.• Excellent attention to detail• Self-motivated, self-directed personality with the ability to work both independently and with teams• Strong technical writing skills• Excellent organizational skills• Fast learner on new software systems• Working knowledge of MS Office suite and Maximo a plus• Experience in Plant/Facilities or Engineering for the pharmaceutical/ biotechnology sector is a plus
Responsibilities:
This position will support the Maintenance Business Operations team at the Branchburg, NJ site. The candidate will assist or lead efforts related to content contained in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo) and Document Management System.Job functions will include some or all the following responsibilities: Work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo) toEnter new or revise existing spare parts dataCreate, revise, and ensure approval of job plans to improve site’s maintenance programs and to support equipment additions and changes as it may relate to engineering projects, maintenance requests, or continuous improvement.• Revise Maintenance related Standard Operating Procedures and forms to support the site’s maintenance programs.• Work in the Document Management System to route documents related to creation of new or revised spare parts, acquisitions, decommissions, etc for review and approval.• Provide regular status reports/metrics on status of work. Ensure work is being completed in a timely manner while escalating any delays.
