Job Description

Will work closely with Quality Engineers to review part discrepancies. Look at failure reports on the valves, review work orders, help put product back in production.
Candidates must have some type of engineering education. Will accept Interns or recent grads.
A lot of Admin work, Documentation, could be a document control type person, in Quality.


1. Scope: Quality Engineer in support of the Dublin Quality team.

2. Deliverables/Requirements:
• Generation and/or creation and assembly of necessary documentation, in support of all First Article Test Reports as requested by the customer or driven by process changes or product introduction which includes creation of AS9102 Form based on individual drawing requirements
• Work from complex blueprints, special instructions such as process sheets, supplier purchase orders, customer purchase orders and flow down requirements, inspection plans, and instructions
• Work with Inspection team to perform any of the inspections required to complete the FAIR package.
• Ability to use FAIR software for generating the FAIR packages required to meet AS9102 requirements.
• Hands on mechanical aptitude a plus
• Ability to multi-task and ability to organize all types of paperwork and parts.

3. Goals:
• Intern will work on site with Dublin quality, engineering and operations team and have access to certain software.
• Work these programs until final approval of FAIRs.
