Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Day to day upkeep of computers, networks, and tools as required by customers.
Maintain ticket closure SLAs within defined acceptible range.
Escalate tickets to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure successful resolution.
Keep an accurate inventory of systems and equipment in your coverage area.
Assist in execution of current year's budget as well as forcasting future budgets.
Support of team activities which may include traveling to other coverage areas to support your teammates.
Must adhere to company safety requirements as defined by ClientClient.
Other activities as required by team or local operating centers.
Required Skills Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Strong Customer Service Skills,
Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, planning, and risk management skills.
Troubleshooting, deployment and maintenance of Windows 7 and 10.
Experience troubleshooting IOS .
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Knowledge of wide and local area networks, and associated hardware. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
