HR Organizational Change Management Lead

THE ROLE:

Client is looking for an experienced professional to drive organizational change management for the HR organization.

THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate has experience with large-scale organizational change efforts with a proven ability in creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee, leadership, and stakeholder adoption and usage and minimize resistance to change.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build organizational change management framework to support HR, managers and employees move to new on demand platforms available now and future proof our change approach.
• Build personas for all employee types in order to shape change management planning, communications and potentially training to meet employees’ needs
• Lead change management and communications to employees and managers impacted by this change.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an OCM Lead
• ADKAR, Prosci, or other advanced change management certification an advantage
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across a multidisciplinary team.
• Self-starter, detail-orientated problem solver who can prioritize well.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global company within a multi-cultural, cross-functional and matrixed team.
• Minimum 10 years of experience developing core OCM artifacts such as strategies, plans, stakeholder impact assessment, heatmaps and so forth
• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and end-to-end change process
• Proven experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision and goal
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Forward-looking with a holistic approach
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
• Problem-solving and ability to carry out CM assessments, identify root cause, and help clients pivot quickly.
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges


ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelors degree preferred, masters degree an advantage.
