Key responsibilities will be to provide support for the day-to-day human resources initiatives; change initiatives; training and development initiatives, and building an employee oriented culture. Essential Functions Supports, maintains and continuously improves HR programs at the site.• Recruiting/Employment/Personnel • On-Boarding / Off-Boarding • Employee/Retiree benefits • Employee Engagement • Miscellaneous administrative functions Acts as liaison to provide counsel among the company, employees, program providers and/or government agencies, resolving issues, seeking guidance, providing information, ensuring compliance with regulations to advance overall working relationships, increase productivity, engagement, employee development and employee relations issues. Administers and optimizes various HR programs and processes to support the employee life cycle. Recommends training and development opportunities to address gaps identified by management, supervisors and/or employees.
