Qualifications:

The ideal candidate doesn’t need a BA degree; however, they definitely need Advanced Excel skills. EXCEL SKILL TEST IS REQUIRED TO SHOW MULTIPLE VLOOKUP, TEXT TO COLUMNS, PIVOT TABLES, MACRO BUILDING/MAINTAINING, MICROSOFT WORD E-MAIL MAIL MERGING (using the build Excel macros), SINGLE DATA FIELD/CELL TO MULTIPLE CELLS, SORT/FILTER and FORMULA abilities as they will be used on a regular basis. Candidate must score 90% or higher on assessment. **Please note that a candidate submitted without the skill test will not be considered for this role.** Work with large data sets and multiple files simultaneously. Must be proficient in MS Suite & technology savvy • Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills • Able to identify issues and determine actions needed/problem solving and solution oriented • Ability to build strong productive working relationships required • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information is essential • Ability to work independently with little supervision • Must possess strong organization and time management skills • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize projects & tasks • 1+ years of related human resources experience preferred (background in human resources, talent acquisition, payroll etc.) • Must be team-oriented and highly motivated • The ideal candidate thrives in an ever-changing, dynamic environment and is passionate about providing great communication, building partnerships, and accomplishing tasks efficiently. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

Summary:This position will report to the HR Policy & Compliance Sr. Specialist and will partner with outside Vendor, Talent Acquisition (TA), Human Resources, Business Leaders and employees to support all I-9 initiatives in accordance with any applicable local, state or federal laws.Monitors I-9 forms and supporting documentation via a third-party system for completeness and accuracy following federal requirements and guidelines• Monitor E-Verify process on new-hires, rehires and existing employees to ensure employment eligibility via the Department of Homeland Security/Social Security Administration• Serves as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via Email, Phone, WebEx, and other modes of communications• Develop and maintain ongoing partnership with Internal/External Counsel to ensure team is aligned with USCIS and Federal requirements• Identify trends, escalations and issues and raise them to management• Maintain data integrity by actively managing and updating the Vendor's Administration system in real time• Assist in compiling reports and analytics• Serve as an extension to the subject matter expert to ensure seamless integration and alignment of the I-9 process• Partner with other business units to ensure I-9 forms are compliant and the process is working as planned• Document and update key process/training documents and candidate/colleague facing communications• Assist with other members of the organization on strategic and ad hoc projects
