Job Description

We’re looking for a IT business analyst (Salesforce Trailblazer) that has experience with Salesforce.com, Service Cloud, Health Cloud and all the modern workflow automation capabilities such as process builder, flow and Einstein analytics.

 

Deliverables

Lead the business analysis and design sprints related to a new CRM Platform using Salesforce Health Cloud.

Document the technical platform requirements.

Document the business requirement and workflow rules.

Capture all the necessary documentation within Jira (Epics, Features, Stories, Tests).

Deploy the application into a production environment.

Migrate our existing business partners from the old application into the new one.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engages with the business and actively seeks opportunities for IT to deliver business value.

Uses systematic and documented approaches, investigates business requirements, identifies, and analyzes multiple solution alternatives and proposes one alternative based on comparative cost benefit analysis

Authors business cases which document alternatives and cost/benefit analysis.

Analyzes existing business processes and participates in reengineering efforts.

Understands business requirements and effectively translates business needs and process into technical terms, and vice versa.

Leads the definition and gathering of requirements.

Provides business process subject-matter expertise to technical resources. Participates in assessing end user's training needs.

Ensures appropriate business roles are engaged in solution execution.

Measures the value /success of the final solution as proposed in the business case. Supports client acceptance testing.

Possesses general awareness and knowledge of regulatory, legal, or quality requirements impacting the business area, and ensures solution requirements include appropriate points.

Participates in design reviews to ensure traceability of requirements.

Networks with appropriate IT colleagues to identify solutions to meet business partner's needs.

Sees opportunities for re-use and influences business consistency to standards.

Evaluates the application lifecycle against the solution architecture roadmap and makes appropriate retirement/replacement recommendations.

Defines user acceptance criteria for system deployment.

Ensures that incident, problem, configuration, and change/release management are all done with alignment and understanding of business need.

Negotiates clear service levels for IT services based on business requirements.

Ensures that current business needs are being met in the areas of service levels, capacity, continuity, and availability.

Analyzes new requirements and builds the proposal to make changes to an existing service.

 

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Experience working within the healthcare life science or other heavily regulated industry.

Experience working on IT projects within a contact center or service management environment.

Agile/Scrum experience and/or qualification

Salesforce Admin Certification or completion of recent Trailhead modules.

Experience with integration orchestration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica.

Familiar with data regulation requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.
