  • Minimum of 5+ years Human Resources Business Partner experience.
  • Experience working within a COE HR Model highly preferred.
  • Preferred experience in Supply Chain Consumer Goods Organization.
  • Exposure to Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing based organizations highly preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle-based HRIS platforms, EmpCenter, Sedgwick Silk Road, and Convercent.
  • Proven understanding of being a strategic business partner, ability to understand business needs and expectations, provide service in direct and indirect manners, and fulfill expectations.
  • Capable of working independently, with ambiguity, to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities. Effective judgment in organizational skills, setting priorities and time allocation.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive change leadership and organizational development action plans to support creation, implementation, improvement and sustainment of The Nature’s Bounty Co.’s HPS (High Performance System) initiatives.
  • Serve as a key strategic partner to the assigned Leadership team including: Plant Management, HPS, Global Quality, EHS, & Operations Planning teams.
  • Drive compliance and understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Advise management in areas of employment law, policies and regulations.
  • Partner with HR Leadership team in executing the road map for HPS continued improvement and guide site leadership teams in effectively managing change.
  • Navigate ambiguous/complex/sensitive issues and promote conflict resolution.
  • Conduct investigations and appropriately document employee relations issues regarding employment practices.
  • Represent the Company in worker’s compensations and unemployment insurance claims.
  • Drive performance management process by fully communicating information and providing training and coordination.
  • Direct and maintain various activities designed to promote and maintain a high level of employee morale.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance of state and federal regulations related to employment such as FLSA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA.
  • Gain trust by maintaining confidential information and level of professionalism while minimizing company risk.
