JOB DESCRIPTION
Hours: 7am- 3:30pm may on occasion work OT
• Basic computer skills.
• Intermediate proficiency reading part and assembly drawings.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality.
• Proven ability to accept direction and complete tasks as assigned while working as part of a team or
individually.
• Ability to maintain a steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and climbing onto and beneath
machines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
• Sorting of machine building materials as needed.
• Participate in on-the-job training with a lead machine builder.
Must be open to possible travel 20% in the future.
Basic set of hand tools will be required.
Ideal Candidate Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of machine building, mechanical assembly, or industrial manufacturing experience, including blueprint reading, hand tool usage, and strong mechanical aptitude. Must be safety-focused, able to lift 50 lbs., work in a fast-paced environment, and be open to up to 20% travel.
