Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.2+ years Maintenance experience required. Practical/Technical Knowledge Description Required/Preferred Excellent mechanical abilities, to include, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical components operating simultaneously Required Loom set up experience Required Weaving product knowledge Required Basic mathematical abilities, to include decimals, percentage and spec requirements Required Basic reading, comprehension, communicating and writing skills Required Ability to read a tape measure within 1/16 of an inch Required Excellent attention to detail Required Basic computer skills Required Dependability and thoroughness Required Ability to read process sheets, instructions, quality and ISO documents to ensure product quality requirements are met Required

Responsibilities:

The Fixer is responsible for maintenance, set-up and repairs of the equipment in the weaving department to include looms, twister and beamer. Maintain performance of equipment ensuring all items meet customer requirements. Responsible for assisting weavers by training, running looms, doffing rolls and all other necessary functions to keep department operating.The Fixer is responsible for the safe, efficient maintenance and repair of equipment in the weaving department to include:• Performs complete machine set ups, preventative maintenance, repairs, and adjustments as needed.• Troubles shoots and diagnoses all weave room equipment.• Completes all paper work associated with weaving and set up process.• Enters necessary information loom software programs.• Works in a manner conforming to safety awareness and safe work practices.• Communicates with shift personnel from all three shifts.• Provides support to department personnel in all job related functions
