Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with AIOps tools and solutions.

Experience with IoT, SCADA, OT, and IT networks, including design and troubleshooting.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Visio for diagramming.

Knowledge of the Purdue model, VSAT technology, RTUs, and private cellular networks.

 

Project Skills:

Demonstrated experience with Arista TAPP aggregation network projects.

Familiarity with network refreshes, particularly for Palo Alto firewall environments.

Documentation & Diagramming:

Strong capability in creating cabling matrices, detailed network and rack diagrams, and data center power planning documentation.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, or equivalent are preferred.

Preferred Attributes:

Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Network Documentation & Diagramming: Create comprehensive documentation and diagrams for current and future network and firewall configurations within corporate, SCADA, and Azure environments.

Project Support: Support the Arista TAPP aggregation network refresh project, DMF, and Palo Alto firewall refresh initiatives.

IoT, SCADA & OT Support: Manage and maintain IoT, SCADA, and OT networks, ensuring compliance with the Purdue model and high availability of critical operational technologies.

AIOps Integration: Utilize AIOps tools to enhance network monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting.

Private Cellular and VSAT Technology: Integrate and manage VSAT technology, private cellular networks, and RTUs as part of operational and SCADA systems.

Cabling and Data Center Management: Develop cabling matrices, create detailed rack diagrams, and assist with power planning for data center installations.
