JOB DESCRIPTION
At Client we work Monday-Friday from 7:00AM-3:30PM with ocational overtime. We are currently working 50-55 hours a week with some Saturdays. We have 2 locations Liberty South Carolina and Greenville South Carolina. You will need to have the ability to work at both locations.
Responsibilities: Assembly of equipment per mechanical drawings. Ensure that changes and problems get documented and communicated. Carry out assigned tasks with minimum direct supervision. Execute ISO Quality standards. Communicate with the Machine Build Lead on open issues and progress during the build process. Effectively and safely operate: Mill, Lathe, and Drill Press. Requirements: Basic computer skills. Intermediate proficiency reading part and assembly drawings. Proven mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality. Proven ability to accept direction and complete tasks as assigned while working as part of a team or individually. Ability to maintain a steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and climbing onto and beneath machines. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as required. Ability to obtain a Hi-Lo (Forklift), Aerial Platform and Overhead Crane license, along with Lock Out Tag Out training, while employed at Client. Ability to provide own hand tools and toolbox suitable for the job (a list of those recommended will be provided). Proficient with skills outlined in Module 1. Travel at least 20% of the time may be required. This may include domestic and international travel depending on the project. Education requirements: High school diploma, or equivalent certification. Related vocational education preferred
