Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) roles, with proven ability to perform detailed risk assessments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current safety standards and regulations relevant to risk assessments.
- Physical ability to:
o Safely navigate uneven terrain.
o Use stairs and ladders safely.
o Perform extensive walking or standing as required.
o Work in environments that may be hot, cold, or dusty.
o Sit for prolonged periods when necessary.
- Proficiency in using computers and tablets for documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with management and production employees.
- Ability to wear and work in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to N95 respirators,
- PAPRs, safety shoes, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves, and bump caps or hard hats.
- Willingness to:
o Remove all jewelry, including wedding bands and religious items, while on the production floor.
o Some accommodations may be considered, though avoiding the need for accommodations is preferred.
o Secure hair that extends past shoulders, including beards, in compliance with safety protocols
