Educational Qualification* | Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. |
Job Description of Role* (RNR) | - Work closely with customers to demonstrate how their cloud strategy aligns with Microsoft technology. |
Primary (Must have skills)* | - Proven experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Power Platform & PowerPlatform Desktop RPA. |
Expierence Range | Total IT expereince of 12 to 16 Years. |
Secondary Skills (Good To have)* | - Understanding of M365 security and compliance features, including Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Identity Management. |
Soft skills/other skills (If any) | - Strong customer service & customer facing skills |
