Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Concrete Technology • Advanced PC Skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Strong project management skills• Ability to understand the fundamentals of finance • Ability to drive results at all levels• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills • Problem solving mindset • Good interpersonal & Communication skills• Willingness to travel in North America, as needed Preferred Requirements • Master's Degree in Chemistry or Concrete Technology • 2+ Years of experience in the concrete or cement industry or in a similar industry in a sales, technical or marketing role.
Responsibilities:
New Product Development
• Identify and assess portfolio enhancement opportunities and develop robust business cases for new product development working closely with commercial and product management teams
• Lead new product development programs through gated-process from early idea generation to early commercialization, working closely with R&D, product management, supply chain, operations and commercial organizations Product Portfolio Strategy
• Develop and lead execution of strategies and tactics to enable profitable multi-year sales growth for product portfolio• Conduct market needs and technology road mapping to clearly articulate future growth options, through portfolio development, partnership and/or acquisition
• Develop and own a clear MGPP (Multi-Generation Product Plan) to drive profitable growth, strengthen the product portfolio and create competitive differentiation Competitiveness
• Identify market and competitive trends and provide extensive voice of customer working closely with key customers, industry influencers and channel partners in collaboration with commercial organization• Identify and execute actions to enhance product line profitability over the life cycle of the product including portfolio rationalization, product repositioning or relaunch in close collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial teams• Track and benchmark competitive offerings and establish corrective actions to keep the company at the cutting edge of product & service offering Commercial Execution
• Develop and execute successful launch campaigns for product introductions in close collaboration with commercial, marketing and field technical teams• Support execution of marketing initiatives including participation at trade shows and customer seminars, development of technical papers and customer presentations, and deployment of marketing campaigns, product training, value tools and collateral
• Provide product training and education to internal stakeholders as well as key customers, industry influencers and channel partners in collaboration with commercial organization• Develop and execute Annual Operating Plan in collaboration with commercial organization• Be regional point of escalation for all product related matters
