Regulatory Label Design Specialist

The Regulatory Label Design Specialist will provide Client Crop Protection product label design (domestic and export) while ensuring strict adherence to all applicable safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.

The Label Specialist ensures that proper labeling is available to meet production schedules and that labeling artworks are created to meet packaging specifications; print vendor requirements; and are as cost efficient as possible

Main tasks: - Coordinate artwork layout, review, and approvals for business to customer (B2C) and business to business (B2B) labels for domestic and export products. - Maintain accurate records and database entries for artwork versions and changes. - Coordinate the prioritization of items for domestic and export label workload schedules and adjust in reaction to schedule shifts. - Communicate current artwork versions to Manufacturing Supervisors, Production Facilities, and Print Vendors. - Effectively identify labeling solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders / customers. - Effectively work with Regulatory on market driven and/or EPA regulatory driven label changes occurring outside of predefined change schedules.
Must have strong experience in related software applications such as: Quark XPress, Adobe Software (Illustrator, Acrobat Professional, InDesign, Photoshop).
