Responsibilities
• Develops the labor forecasts based on project work to support the subsequent license renewal projects.
• Prepares monthly forecast and variance reports for assigned projects.
• Requires knowledge of GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles) required for month-end liabilities and reporting.
• Implements internal control policy and procedures.
• Serves as a liaison between the project management team and various internal groups, such as accounting and finance.
• Ability to develop Ad Hoc MS Excel models to summarize large data sets.
• Ability to lead meetings at station location.
Location Information: They would be required to travel at a minimum, once a week to North Anna Power Station located in Mineral, VA. During station outages, this requirement will increase. The other office location will be at Innsbrook located in Glen Allen, VA. Three days in the office are required (T-Thur) and possibility of remote M, Fri based on performance.

• Serve as Cost Analyst to support Project Managers with multi-million dollar capital projects.
Preferred Years of Experience:
• 5+
Education:
• Bachelors degree plus 5 years of cost or budget analyst experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Other education – Accounting, Business, Finance, Construction management.
