We are seeking a highly experienced Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Subject Matter Expert (SME) Contractor to join the client's team and provide specialized expertise in LNG operations, maintenance, staffing start-up, training development, and regulatory support for our proposed new LNG facility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LNG industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Participate through the project design review process and provide strategic input that supports cost-effective and efficient LNG facility operation. Perform process construction walkdowns, and quality assurance/quality control inspections, to ensure sound engineering and construction deliverability to operations. Ensure all staffing, training, operational, and maintenance plans and procedures comply with relevant, and applicable, codes and regulations. Interface with regulatory authorities having jurisdiction and help the team ensure code and regulation compliance.
