Organizes the training needs of teams.
Contributes to the industrial processes improvement with the functions supports.
Responsible for people management including: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well being.
What qualifications will make you successful?
Bachelor’s Degree.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
