Qualifications:

We are currently seeking a skilled System Estimator specializing in framing systems to join our team on a temporary basis to cover for a leave of absence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and preparing quotes for framing system projects during this period.

 **Requirements:** 1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience as a construction estimator or quote preparer, with specific experience in framing system projects. 3. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices related to framing systems. 4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents. 5. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to accurately estimate costs and prepare detailed quotes. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information clearly and concisely. 7. Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
