Qualifications:
MUST
o Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
o Detail Oriented
o Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems
o Associates degree in a business related field
o 3-5 years experience in benefits administration
PREFERRED
o Professional certification related to team member benefits, such as CEBS or IFEBP certification
o One or more of SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification
o Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant experience.
o Requires payroll/HRIS configuration experience
Responsibilities:
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for providing day-to-day benefits administration and guidance of Client benefit plans. Assists employees with benefit questions, problem resolution and enrollment. Ensures all benefit materials are current and stocked at facilities, coordinates Open Enrollment meetings, materials and communications. Report any problems or concerns regarding benefits to the Director of Total Rewards. Support the organizations Wellness Initiatives.
