JOB DESCRIPTION
Work with Project Leaders to develop training requirements for partners. - Develop selling skills training for partners and ensure global implementation. - Drive product training on a timely basis by collaborating with specialists in each product line. - Periodically revise training materials to keep them up-to-date. - Manage digitized repository of training material to ensure easy access to channel partners and managers. - Implement training modules on internal portal to assign and track training credits. - Manage University weeks on an annual basis ensuring timely registrations and target partner participation. - Drive regular surveys to obtain feedback on existing training and identify needs/gaps for new training.
Education/Experience: - Degree from an accredited university. - Previous experience in sales training and training operations. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
