Job Description

 We are looking for more of a recent college grad with some experience. 

Position Description; Connectivity Resource/Issue Resolution- Assist with hourly employee connectivity and help to resolve issues with connecting, passwords, and PC errors. Connect new hires to the Self Service tool and introduce to the Learning Corner. Submit learning rosters for courses tracked by supervisors. Pulls data to report on MLL completion status. Assist the trainers in temp-hire onboarding by auditing onboarding quality, implementing continuous improvement, conducting 30-day refresher trainings and certify temp associates. Assist in associate conversion by ensuring newly converted associates spend time in the learning corner for 100% Client Essentials completion within first 30 days. Prepare new-hire packets. Conduct orientation brief with newly converted associates. Document Control- Work directly with trainers, QA Techs and QEs to create/update work instructions, JBS’, SPLs, quality alerts, etc. Including QA processes, new areas of support, and gaps. Nonconformance data entry- Assist in processing and entering NCF, LPH, SAFETY, etc. forms. Digital Tools- Assist in management of eVersatility employee entry, management of records. MLL roster entries. Training videos/photos- Create content for core related training as well as job/task specific training. Seek feedback from associates regarding training quality, training needs, ideas, and suggestions for improvement. Retraining needs/auditing. IMS Auditing; training people.

Trained in all the tasks as a trainer. Standardize training program across 1st and 2nd shift.

What qualifications will make you successful? • Highschool Diploma • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations / Distribution / HR, Personnel, or Learning

• Strong organizational and analytical skills, results driven, ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization

• Have a strong initiative to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual (Spanish) Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans, conducts, coordinates, and implements a comprehensive training program for staff. Training components will be geared toward new hires, existing staff and individuals who seek one-on-one assistance.

• Prepares new representatives by conducting an orientation to processes; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation and ongoing training.

• Determines training needs by observing; studying based on high volume of Trouble tickets being created, service and customer experience results reports; conferring with management.

• Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions in a classroom environment and remotely; developing outcome improvement resources. • Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.

• Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items, controlling costs. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. • Engages in all tasks, including but not limited to process improvement, group and individual call observation, quality calibration and mentoring activities.

• Thorough understanding of the Delivery process for new product development and launches. • Attend global and regional meetings/training sessions. Shift(s): • Standard work hours from 9 am to 5:30 pm, with flexibility for earlier start or later finish depending on departmental needs
