Job Description of Role* (RNR) (Mandatory - Minimum 500 words) | Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Veeva CRM Consultant with a strong background in Salesforce and Life Sciences domain to support and drive our Veeva CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Veeva CRM configuration, support and integration, and cross-functional collaboration, especially in commercial and medical business processes. Prior experience working with global stakeholders and external vendors will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end configuration, implementation, and support of Veeva CRM applications tailored to the needs of life sciences clients. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Veeva CRM and Veeva Align platforms. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and drive system optimization efforts for enhanced user experience and performance. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Medical Affairs, Commercial, Sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Configure and manage Veeva Align functionalities such as roster management, territory alignment, and downstream data integration. Participate in CRM transformation initiatives, contributing to planning, execution, testing, and delivery of high-impact projects. Oversee integration efforts between Veeva CRM and third-party systems such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Veeva Vault, and MDM platforms. Ensure that all implementations comply with regulatory standards including GxP and 21 CFR Part 11. Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct user training, and support system adoption across commercial teams. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for onsite activities and collaborate with offshore delivery teams for seamless project execution. |
